Minutes
The Council year starts in May.
The AGM (Annual General Meeting) is included in the
May meeting.
The AVM (Annual Village Meeting) has separate minutes,
usually falls in May but can be different in election years.
Council and Finance minutes are confirmed at the next meeting so they
will not show here until sometime after that.
Annual Village Meeting minutes will be published in draft form until
they are confirmed at the next years meeting.
Finance Committee Meetings are held quarterly, generally in
February, April, July and
October with some variations. They have separate minutes.
Extraordinary meetings are shown as EGM.

Up until this year minutes of the Parish Council were still hand written. Then a new Clerk was employed who it seems owned a typewriter. See here the last hand written minutes and the first typed ones of 1969.
