Minutes

The Council year starts in May.

The AGM (Annual General Meeting) and the AVM (Annual Village Meeting - separate meetings and minutes)  usually fall in May but can be different in election years.

Council and Finance minutes are confirmed at the next meeting so they will not show here until sometime after that. Annual Village Meeting minutes will be published in draft form until they are confirmed at the next years meeting.

Finance Committee Meetings are held quarterly, generally July (Q1), October (Q2), February (Q3) and April (Q4) they have separate minutes.

Extraordinary meetings are shown as EGM.
